Can't guarantee it will work for you but my Z10 was doing the same thing. When the computer showed "resetting device" I had to shut my Z10 off with the power button and then the OS would load. Don't know why, but it worked. Next thing I knew the screen would show the OS loading and I would get the green light on the phone. All would work as expected from there. May be worth a try. Hope it helps.

Tried but the phone looks like try to start the progress but fail, when I connect it to the pc turned off, it turns the red light on then the screen get off for like 10 seconds and then the phone turns on.

You can easily make your own autoloader with either DBBT or Sachesi and the OS components. I'm not familiar with Sachesi; with DBBT you just click the autoloader tab, drag and drop all three into the window, name it and hit the create button. Spits out an autoloader in about 2 minutes.

STL100-1 is a different version than STL100-2,3,4...make sure you download and install the correct one for YOUR phone.

The only autoloaders I'll use are the ones that Thurask puts up. Never had a problem. May have something to do with the 100-1. I have a Verizon 100-4 and his autoloaders have always worked perfectly. As a matter of fact, I wait until his are posted before loading a leak..... I think the 100-1 is a little quirky. Hope you get it worked out.

-Open Autoloader
-Restart your phone ( not connected to pc yet )
-when the screen turns black, or when it shows your carrier logo, connect the phone to pc ( not when it's already off )
- wait until the phone restart...
It would get it working. :) that's all I did.

It's the way u have the phone connected to pc and the settings in the phone I've used auto loaders a million times mass storage needs to be turned off
