The account needed request is something that happens when you use an autoloader to load a new OS and then do a full restore of your device. Delete the accounts and re-install them and it should go away.

What if I no longer want to use the account? Does one just get these forever? A couple of them I don't even k of what they are. It's asking me for password of email accounts already set up and working. I click to fix it I get that error.

All I did was security wipe then updated through Verizon.

That won't help. The problem is residual "phantom" accounts that can't be deleted. That's what Accounts Cleaner app was designed for.

You saying it's the only way to get those to stop?

What could be easier that running the app? Takes 30 seconds.

Running this app is as easy as pie for me because I came here and asked someone and someone was nice enough to reply. Thanks

What if I'm just a Joe schmoe and have no idea how to get rid of this and how would the average person figure this out? I guess they would call Verizon which would tell them to get this app?

Kinda nuts. I didn't do a full restore only my contacts/ calander. I have done two security wipes to see these "Phantom accouts" come back.

Anyone know how the carrier would handle my problem?

Why wouldn't Joe Schmoe search out the Web to get answer on this? Seems to be the more common sense thing to do than be put on hold & talk to an ***** in a call center.

Question: do I delete the accounts or hit the update to fix them? The app gives no instructions.

So best not to download leaks then but to wait for the real thing?

This phone has never had a leaked OS. My other BlackBerry Z10 I have messed with leaks a little.

My Z30 is 100% Verizon Wireless software.

Still wondering if I should just delete these or edit them.

So best not to download leaks then but to wait for the real thing?

Using accounts cleaner takes a bit of thinking.

First of all, the reason you see all these accounts is because you didn't restore your apps, but for some reason the login tokens did restore or were never probably deleted.

Go through the accounts cleaner and try deleting the ones which seem like they are from apps that aren't on your phone anymore.

When you click on an account it will give you some info about it. Try to reason with that info
