    IM MAD PISSED, I TRIED TO UPDATE THE OS JUST NOW, and apparently instead of 10.1 i got 10.0.10.90 and i didnt look carefully before clicking, and now my whole phone is wiped clean. Anyone know how to restore it back? i didnt do a back up

    with no backup file there is no way to restore your device to its previous state

    where can i find a backup file if i did one the previous time?

    If you did a back up of your device before all you need to do is connect to BlackBerry Link and restore from backup
