Has anyone heard what RIM's plans might before the BB10 and getting email?

I heard the BB10 won't work with BES, and after reading what the CEO at RIM had to say about the encryption and security for the blackberry being a waste of time because no one really cares it makes me wonder if RIM is going to move to ActiveSync and do away with BES all together?

The CEO does mention that RIM should be teaming up with companies to provide their services (like a music shop) instead of re-creating the wheel and creating their own music store, so I wonder if he's thinking the same thing about the whole BES idea since Microsoft already has a method of pushing emails out to phone devices...
