Now I know its because of some android apps but what is the way out? What is the source to download andorid apps without screwing up with your system?

Delete the Android app and reinstall with SNAP. That would be my suggestion.

There are several threads on this. It may be less to do with Android apps and more to do with having a poor signal at some point. PIM services seems to spike from time to time in these circumstances, as does bbm. This has been my experience.

Just have one email account and it is synced to 24 hours. Notifications are turned off for Facebook and Twitter.

Do you have Google accounts? Google contacts got wiped yesterday and re-synced. There are some threads about this. That's why my PIM services were very high all day for me yesterday. It was re-syncing my Google contacts.
