    Hi all, I'm encountering this problem wherein BB10 gave me this "account problem" error and there is no account that is unaccessible.. also when this happen, the whole phone gets hot and PIN cpu usage reaches 30%

    go into the hub settings and turn off the option to notify you - you most likely will need to reload the OS to clear that out and don't restore.

    Before I go to that direction, anybody know how to view log? Maybe can get some clue from the log
