I have my doubts that BlackBerry can patent such a thing, but I wish they could. It's absolutely brilliant. I only just switched, and am incredibly impressed. They should advertise this. They really should. I've been entering my password with my housemates watching and trying to figure it out and they haven't got a clue. Even when I told them how it worked they couldn't do it. That?s a huge leap ahead of the usual password thing, and miles ahead of fingerprints which your girlfriend can use while you are sleeping to go through your phone lol.

I know they applied for a patent for this "version" a few years ago maybe, not sure it it was awarded.

But as you know there are other Picture Password and Pattern Lock type implementations that have been around for a while.

To be honest, I have to admit I'm not up to date on my mobile phone password history... I think it's brilliant lol
