I have an email that requires a password.

Often the picture password options are simply not there. When they are, and I set a picture password, it does not take. I can however disable password use altogether (only with pp options showing), which I could never do before. It's really strange behaviour.

Battery pull and restarts haven't fixed the issue yet.

When you enable the picture password does it take you through the setup tutorial??

Pal, do not do pulls. Pull are the first thing to do on BBOS but they are the LAST on BlackBerry 10.

If you want the effect of an old fashioed pull, do this: Hold the top buttom till you see the BB loading screen. Do not tap reboot on the countdown screen, just hold the top buttom.

So you do that right now to fix any issues on the system.

And if after that your pic pass is still messed up, double check if you're not on any sort of corporate sec that's telling your Q10 not to use it.

EDIT: Also, do not start threads on a subject you already have a thread going! It's bad for the forums!
