    Welcome to CrackBerry.

Can you explain a little more? How is it not working?

Not openings at all? Not displaying thumbnails?

Also, please tell us your device and OS version (Settings > About > OS)

Battery pulls are not recommended for BB 10 devices. The best way to reboot the device is to press and hold both up/down volume keys until the device powers down, powers up, and you see the startup animation.
    kbz1960 and Thalestr like this.

    Hi

The device is STL 100-1 And the OS version is 10.2.1.2102

When I click on it, the app opens and closes immediately. Not able to view my pics at all

Have you tried the reboot (see my previous post)?

When you did the OS upgrade, were there any glitches? If the reboot doesn't help, you may have to reload the OS to correct the problem. Here's the "how to": How to reload the OS on a BlackBerry Z10 or BlackBerry Q10 | CrackBerry.com

You need to hold them for about 15 seconds before it will shut down.

This fixed an issue I've had in my picture app for a while where thumbnails wouldn't go away after deleting the image from the file system.

There really needs to be a big forum-wide announcement telling people to stop recommending battery pulls as a quick-fix idea.

People are telling others to do it over literally everything without knowing the damage it can cause .
