Photo apps bug on 10.2.1

Camera360, Photogrid, Insta quote all show blank images in some selected folders.

All pics showed prior to my 10.2.1 update

It's when you use sub-folders in the structure.... Instagram (Gallery) sees pictures in the main picture folder + 1 level down, but not two. when using the Filepicker instead, all files are accessible

At least that's how it is on my devices
