Is anyone else having an issue with the phone not ringing and going directly to voicemail on 10.3.0.1428. It was happening with my z10 on 10.3.0.1154 and I thought it may have just been the z10, but I switched to a z30 just last Friday, and it is happening now with it.

Whenever I test call it myself it seems to work, but every phone call I have recieved lately goes directly to voicemail.

Has anyone else experienced this and perhaps found a fix for it?

Upgrade to 10.3.1.632. I was having all sorts of issues on 1154. I don't want to see any 10.3.0 build again under any circumstances.

Turn your screen off for 1-2 minutes. Then call yourself, and it should go to voice-mail.

I suspected that it was going to VM while asleep/locked, I looked up and down for some sort of a setting I missed to "not ring while asleep/bedside mode etc.

Glad to hear you reported this.

I have as well, if incoming calls were a regular/priority item for me I would go back to 10.2.1. but as most of my use is e-mail, BBM and outgoing calls, it is not a deal breaker. The perks of 10.3 far outweigh the bad for me.

I've missed many calls because of this issue.

Don't worry. If there's an issue with bb10, i will always report it. I really want a polished OS one day, so I feel the need to inform anyone of any problems with the OS as it develops.

I had the same issue after I restored on 10.3 - if the contact wasn't saved it would send the call straight to voicemail.

After I did a fresh install (no restore from backup) the issue went away and haven't had any issues since even after upgrading to 10.3.0.1418.

If you did a restore from backup (especially coming from 10.2.1) I would suggest doing a fresh install.

How is your process usage looking? Do you have a bunch of active tiles running? Could possibly be a resource issue with your z10.

BlackBerry told me it's a 3rd party app that's blocking the calls. I have an app called Blockr on my phone. I never used it, but gonna delete now to see if that fixes the issue!

According to the Blockr app, it has logged 35 missed calls for me. It just says they are all private which is incorrect (i can tell from the times). It looks like this was the culprit.

    Let me know guys!

I am not yet able to reproduce the issue now that I deleted the third party app... I am going to keep trying.. and also watch out for missed calls.

Just found out I am having same problem. After seeing number of missed calls that I knew didn't ring I tested with home land line. When number is in my contacts it rings through. When I remove the number from contacts my BlackBerry does not ring and I'm sent to voicemail. Z10 running 10.3.0.1418. No blocking app ever installed.

I found a security swipe fixes the issue, but after restoring, it returned. I have a phone interview on Monday, I will have to do a security wipe beforehand to ensure everything works. If anyone can figure out a permanent fix, it would be greatly appreciated.

I had this the other day when I used the quick toggles to switch to vibrate only and when I went back to normal I had nothing, no vibrate, no sound but it was definitely on normal not accidentally silent or anything. I toggled it again and it was fine so I'm not sure and it hasn't done it again. Might just be a leak fluke.

I've been experiencing that since 10.3.0.x. Thought it went away in 10.3.1.1016, but discovered the problem still exists....heavy sigh....
