Performing activities automatically?

Is there some app for performing activities automatically triggered by location or other events?

Let me give an example.
I have a data-only mobile plan (because of its significantly lower price and because if needed I can always make use of SIP phone).
And most of the time I am at work or at home with perfect wi-fi coverage.
Which means that most of the time I would like cellular service to be turned off to save battery.

Thus I need some app to automatically turn cellular service off if wi-fi is availiable and turn it back on on leaving premises.

Is there something like that available for BB10?
