    Ever since I updates to the latest leak, when I swipe up from lock it doesn't show me anything behind it anymore. For example, if I had locked my phone with cb10 open, I used to be able to swipe up slowly and it would reveal what's behind the lock screen. Now however all I get is a black screen being revealed when I swipe up. Is anybody else experiencing this?

    Yep, I've been seeing the same thing on the latest leak. If you lock the phone while it's in an app, you can't "peek" behind the lock screen - instead the screen will be black right up until you unlock it completely. It will still peek just fine on the home screens and in the Hub, however. I rather hope it's a bug and not intentional, as I do miss the ability to peek behind it.

    Yup! Noticed that too a few days back. I'm thinking it's a bug because it still let's you peek in other places. Hope it gets noticed and fixed on the next leak.

    Not in the latest 1725. I too have a blank screen when peeking except the hub and home screen.

    Ah I see that, 1725's bug. Hopefully they wouldn't bring it to official OS 10.2 once it's released to other BB10.

    Can you try to set another image as wallpaper? Just to kick out that possibility (ie that the bug isn't coming for changed wallpaper)

    That sort of fixed it. If the App is maximized the screen is black, if the Apps are minimized then it peeks as normal.

    Let me get this straight. When your phone is locked, you WANT to be able to see what's open? Along with anyone else that picks up your phone?

    I believe iOS7 had that feature, but mApple fixed it after a few days.

    Or am I missing something here? Maybe my definition of "security" is a bit too literal?

    Sorry moosbb, just installed 1761, can't try that no longer...
    It's not working on active app on 1761. Even I removed password, remains blank.
    Maybe caused by dark theme comes to 17xx..though

    You have misinterpreted the problem.

    Turn all passwords off.

    Lock phone.

    Swipe up to peek with an open ACTIVE (eg. Fullscreen) app in backgroud.

    You'll see nothing but blackness.

    This is a bug, which has appeared only in very recent builds.
