I find with the new notifications I don't peek anymore. Anyone else?

Do you meant because of the toast notifications? I haven't got the update yet but I would prefer toast.

It was, and lots of people said they did not want or need toast notifications. In fact they said the hub was superior and obsoleted the need for them. The notifications are why lots of other OS users don't see the hub as a huge selling point. However, it is nice to have both and completes a missing feature in BB10 in my view. I rarely go to my email, message or calendar apps unless I need to respond or edit.

    Still using peek
Use the Hub, Peek, Toasts and lockscreen notifications together. It really flows together for me

Yeah. Don't find peek as good as having the notification bar in bbos. Hope they can find a way to make it better.

I only have toast notifications for SMS and BBM, so if I get an email, tweet, or another message, I'll peek into the Hub and see who it's from.

I only use peek now if I had put down my phone for a second and missed the toast notification.

To each their own. Peek helps me keep track of what I haven't answered yet when a flurry of messages comes in.
