Password Keeper used to lock as soon as the screen went off. Since 10.2 once it's unlocked it stays unlocked. So screen goes off, swipe up and passwords still there for all to see.

The upgrade may have tweaked the default settings somewhat. You can adjust the "lock" behaviour. Open PW Keeper, swipe down for Settings, where you can specify "Lock on minimize", "Lock on screen lock" and "Lock on password lock". That should take care of your concerns.
