Hi, i tried to do a wipe yesterday and something went wrong. The dice restarted and show "bb10-0015" error on screen.

The cellphone is a Blackberry Passport SQW100-1.

    - I've tried to restore with link in 4 different computers, (one MAC and 3 PC 64 and 32bit) without succes.
    - Also tried to restore with autoloader downloaded from forum links, and it will stay stuck with the screen showing "UPLOADING RAM IMAGE 0X0DD39854 (############### 100 #############)"

Passport stuck on bb10-0015 error after wipe, what can I do?-passport.jpg

Everytime the phone connect with the autoloader or the blackberry link it will turn the green light on and will stay that way all the time and nothing happens.

Already tried with antivirus disabled, bblink services stoped and propertly closed.

Don't know what else to do.

    Please help.

    Thanks,
    Ariel

I would verify you have the correct autoloader and that the download is not corrupt.

Just in case you haven't seen it... http://support.blackberry.com/kb/art...mber=000034545
    0015 / 0016 / 0017 - A fatal file system error was encountered.

Thanks for the answer, i already know the problem description.

I've already downloaded 3 different version from posted links at bitcasa, no one works.

Last night, blackberry link tried for 6hs, and nothing happened, always stuck at green light and connecting.

    Any ideas??

    Thanks.

Just download previous versions of 10.3.2 xxxx using autoloader and then upgrade to latest version via OTA.

Then I suspect you've also read this.
If your device cannot be reloaded or displays the same symptoms after the reload has been completed, bring the device to your place of purchase for service.
