My wife and I both have Passports. Both are running 10.3.0.908 on Sasktel and both have the "Flicker", very annoying! Doesn't matter if fully charged or low charge, apps open or not.. hopefully gets fixed soon!

Have you guys tried doing a factory restore if you are on the official OS?

I've owned the Passport since it launched at the beginning of October, and I have never seen this flicker!

I use to get it a lot with the last leak(forget what the version was), its less frequent on 1154, but I do still get it on occasion.

What everyone has to realize is that these early versions 10.3.1 was never meant to be on the passport. 10.3.1 is supposed to be for older BB10 devices and 10.3 for the PP.

I have flicker intermittently, too. You think a lot of apps aren't open, but they are. Go into the Device Monitor under Memory and hold on some of the apps listed, then "close" the apps, and the flicker will probably go away.

Flicker has been reported by people using 10.3.0.xxxx as well as with 10.3.1.

It's a bug, but not a fatal one, and 10.3.1 has its advantages even if it wasn't meant for the Passport.

How come 10.3.1 is not meant for Passport? Actually it is meant, else we have no 10.3.1 being developed and released (leaked) for the Passport, as for the Passport as a flagship, in contrary, it's a prioritized device to have the most up-to-date OS (like Apple/Android/WP etc.), but Blackberry has been so kind to push the updates for the older BB10 devices as well, and the greatest thing is that the new OS (ROM) does not make the phone to be laggy or whatsoever (unlike the above mentioned competitors..., they make you to change into the newer hardware in some ways)

It's just not official yet, that's it. But it's meant to be for Passport, mostly everything is working.

It happens randomly. Can we roll back to an official build without losing any data?
It is rare enough that I don't care too much. That said, I am done with leaks. Since I have an unlocked Passport, getting timely updates shouldn't be a problem.

It has been reported with the official 10.3.0 version as well.

I think it is connected to how many apps are running, including in the background. You can go to Device Monitor, memory, hold a running app and close it, or you can do a hard reboot, which closes everything. That's why reboots work temporarily, I believe.
