The last two days the Passport screen started to flicker like crazy randomly and it goes away when i closed the app that is doing it.

I'm running on OS10.3.1 leak.

anyone have this problem

Yes it's a problem with that leak.. seen it mostly in the settings app

Not really, at least not on my PP 1154. Sometimes I don't get it for like 3 or 4 days, and then it pops back up a few times on a single day. Can't really see a pattern whatsoever.

I'm on 1154 and it flickers, very annoying. I have to reboot whenever it does that.

I downgraded to PassportSQW100-1/10.3.1.1133 because of this.
Haven't seen it since. I have 1154 on my Z30/Z10 and Q10 without any issues.

1133 does it too but less frequently.

It's a problem with the gpu mode restore coming out of sleep. In short this particular os rev was not optimized for the Passport.

I've seen it on mine and I'm running stock (non-leak) OS.

I've never experienced this on my Passport. I'm running the official OS and am on Rogers.

I've read in several threads about the screen flicker in one of the leaks.

That's why I resorted back to good old stable 10.3.1.634. Side loaded the android runtime from 10.3.1.1154 on it

I'm on 1151 and have the issue usually happens when im running multiple apps around the fifth app it begins but usually only under 50% battery

Well yeah, it's a 10.3.1 thing.

Should be definitively fixed in the general release 10.3.1, although that's quite a ways away from now.

Not for me, always when battery is over 20%.. but battery saving mode is turned on in the settings though

Issue observed on 10.3.1 OS but not observed 10.3.0 OS, so I go back to use 10.3.0 everything is good.

I went back to the leak thread as the links are live again and made my own loader with Darcy tool and so far none of the flickering.
Seems to be running great. It's only been one and half days but good so far on my passport.
