I called to get a passport when it comes out tomorrow (I was able to pre order my Z10)...after 30 mins on hold I was told they have no information on the passport. The rep put me on hold for another 5, and came back and said rogers is not offering this device.

I have been a Cantel then rogers customer for 25 years, home phone, extreme Internet with modem rental, cable with 4 HD boxes and HD channel sports packs, all my kids and wife's phone on rogers, and I'm switching to whoever offers the passport.

Nuff said!

I went into a Bell outlet this afternoon and when I asked the clerk about the Passport he nervously looked down and to his left ad muttered "I haven't heard anything...". I hope he doesn't play poker.

I'm wondering why rogers isn't offering the passport on opening day, a Canadian company with a Canadian flagship device thru a Canadian flagship carrier.

Rogers has always had the premier blackberry devices since my first LCD wheel/pager device

They're getting big incentives from apple.

That's really odd, though. Bell and BlackBerry have some pretty close ties, too. I've never heard of a Telus-exclusive BB before...

Close ties or not, the game changes when a competitor pays you to do something. One competitor has billions to use in this way.

I see it now, but only under device reservation, no passport photo with its various specs along with other Blackberry phones.
