    So, I was messing with the parental control options, thought it was pretty cool. When I went back, and turned it off, I found to be missing my facebook app, twitter app... trying to add them again, BlackBerry world gave me download option, but application error during installation...
    What the heck!!?!?!

    Anyone had this problem before??
    Im on:
    Z30STA100-3/10.3.0.1052

    No problem!
    Go back into Parental controls and ENABLE all the devices. Then you can shut down Parental controls again.
    A reboot would also be a good idea!

    Its actually a bug problem... thats a stupid feature if it doesn't remember account information and settings... now I lost contact links. I still can't get fb to pop up. A toggle on and off fixed the twitter app, I then had to add account again.. now have to link contacts again.. thats so frustrating...

    I have a Z10 . The way i described it works flawlessly on the Z10.

    I had the same issue. This is a big bug as you need to reconfigure your accounts again (seems to delete some apps. and some app. accounts and settings. This should work by turning the feature off (does't make sense to have to renable all apps/features on Parental Control screen if there is a toggle button to turn it on/off. I am running OS 10.3, I had hope for this feature but in my opinion until it gets fixed it's useless (allowed opening wepages and links even though I had disabled them). Also, my BB Browser dissappeared, how do I get it back?

    I have the same problem. Anyone found a fix? Enabled to get the lock screen picture different than standard, accidently toggled browser, now it appears stuck. I havr done a wipe and restore and its still not working. It did work correctly before the restore. My problem is bookmarks do not show and new tab screen doesn't show the tiles.
