I feel too hard to send a mail using browser, it is too slow, but I have tried in Google Chrome, it is easy, and address is popping up to select the right person to send a mail, but I failed to do this in my Z30, any suggestions? , I have tried Zeus browser, Q browser, and evaluation browser, nothing is great, all are same when it comes to Outlook mail

I can't even get Outlook to pull up at all on the browser on my Z10. I can log in, but then it gives me a "something went wrong..." error in very small text at the top of the page.

But then, why bother when the outlook account can be added straight into the Hub? You can get the contacts and calendar with it.

    Good question.

OWA, pulls up fine, but it's too small to be useful.

Why not add your Outlook account To BB10 and integrate mail, contacts, calendar, notes, and tasks with BB10 the way it was designed?

I'm curious because, to me, the way that BB10 integrates with Exchange/Outlook is one of the reasons I won't give it up.

Because not all mails can be read received months ago, I tried the browser but had to swap to desktop mode.

I can read emails from months ago just fine. The only advantage of Outlook.com over the Hub is reporting junk email. But for all the rest I just use the Hub, way better than the Outlook website for normal usage.

I've had emails go back a year.

But then, that's about where I archive them back on my work computer. So, there are no emails on the main mailbox going further than that anyway. If I left them, they'd go back as far as I've had this particular work mailbox.

There's a setting when adding the account for how long to get emails or calendar entries. Forever is an option for both.

I can't add my outlook account to the hub, because it is a employer account, I can access only through the browser, reading mail and sending mail is OK but address are not popping up, I have to enter manually every time, in Desktop mode it is too horrible, very sluggish, in chrome it is working as my PC.

I guess that means they've blocked access from mobile devices?

Mine is a work email account, but they allow all employees to access their email on their phones if they want.

I did have problems back when I first tried to add the work exchange email account when I first got my Z10 in the summer of 2013. It wouldn't connect at first. I contacted our IT department and told them, "yes, it's a BlackBerry, but it works with Exchange now". We went round a round over it for most of the morning. Everyone else in my office is on either an iPhone or an Android phone. I was (and still am) the only BlackBerry user.

Then, at one point, the IT guy says, "hold on, let me check something". After a moment, he comes back... "now try it". And it worked.

Deep in the settings, he simply had to turn on some kind of access for me. Somehow I didn't have permission from anything other than my work PC or OWA.

Did he say BB10 can only access through browser or is this the same for every device and mobile OS?

Then its company policy preventing access. Try different browsers. Freeze suggested Browsie. I never used it but it is often mentioned in the forums.

Can you and your co-workers push to have access via Exchange? I use the HUB for my Outllook.com and work Outlook, both through Exchange ActiceSync. I can sync forever and pick which ever folders I want.

Another option could be to try the Outlook app.

I don't know how you feel about using an android app, but you can get it from the Amazon App Store. Just plug in your email address and password.

I don't know if that would also be seen as a mobile device access, so it may still be blocked. But it's worth a shot.

The app is not that bad. No replacement for the Hub, but it should be much better than trying to use the web-based interface designed for a much larger desktop screen in the phone's browser.

I can confirm that Outlook works fine in Browsie Browser, esp. with the user agent set to iOS (you can do so in Browsie settings). There's a slight delay sometimes with selecting and performing an action but it's hardly noticeable. Though I am using a Passport so performance might differ on lower spec'd devices.
