My outlook emails won't show up in the hub. This problem started recently.

To trouble shoot, I delete my outlook mail from the hub, reboot then add it back. After doing this, it works and I can see my mail.

Shortly after, my outlook / hotmail emails disappear and I have to delete and add it back again.

I've had my Z10 since it came out on AT&T and am running 10.1.

Anyone have similar issues or know of a fix?

I was having this issue last week and found it happening when I entered an area with little or no service, then re-entered my usual area. I fixed it by rebooting the phone, or deleting and re-adding the email account.

I don't know if this is a known issue with BB, but I recently updated to the 10.2 leak (.1791) and haven't had the issue repeat itself yet. There may have been a known issue in 10.1 that they have fixed in 10.2, but I can't confirm that. Through my experience though, this seems to be fixed in 10.2.

Just deleted and re-added the outlook account. It worked for about half an hour and now the emails have disappeared.

I doubt it is a bad signal area as I haven't moved, the other accounts work and it used to be no issue.

Is there a hotmail/outlook setting that I need to consider?

I had a similar event yesterday...first time. I was at home with strong WiFi. I first noticed my email missing, hit the three dots and then "Refresh." The emails showed back up but then I noticed my calendar tied to my Hotmail had disappeared. Did a "volume up and down" reboot and the calendar came back but my emails were gone again. Refresh did not work this time. I then deleted the email account and re-entered it and everything came back. So far all is well.

There are a lot of threads floating around about Hotmail/Outlook.com issues. The CB search engine is your friend and the Z10 has it's own Help app built into it. Also, have you loaded a new app lately that could be messing with your OS? If so, you could try deleting it and see what happens. Good Luck!

My problem is that my z10 is not even allowing me to add my outlook.com email account. Returns an error message everyone. My Gmail and yahoo accounts added first go. I am using 10.1 OS. Love it but in many ways the z10 is an unfinished product.
