I've been re-adding my email accounts to my autoloaded phones and got stuck at my Hotmail accounts - after entering the password and clicking 'Next", I got the message "Unable to create your account at this time". That left me stuck for few days.

Yesterday more or less by chance I clicked the 'Advanced" button at the bottom of the screen - that opened a menu of email types; I selected Outlook.com, got a another page to type in my account name, clicked done, and success.

It also works if you clicked Advanced right after typing your password.

I couldn't find this covered here but maybe it was already. If so please feel free to delete.
