Have the server settings changed? In the last four weeks I have gone from having flawless email access on my Passport to being unable to download, view, forward or attach files in my HUB?
Yes they have. Microsoft emailed a few weeks ago to say that server settings were changing and provided instructions on how to fix - that said - I haven't noticed anything on my end. Have the message saved, though.
Well, I deleted and re-added the accounts and now it works just fine. I probably should have just done that before bothering ya'll about it haha. But, now I know! Thanks for your help.
I'm experiencing the same issue. I've just changed server settings to s.outlook.com and let's see if my problems will be fixed. My major one is contacts synch from phone to server.
