On my Passport, when I go to Settings / Storage and Access / Device Storage Details it shows the following immediately.
Attachment 376175
Then, after a little while, it updates to this.

Giving more detail.
T-Mobile вιaсĸвεггч Passport Autoloaded 1.2582 Sachesi to 10.3.1.2744 to 2.680 to 798 to 2204 to 2339 to 2639 to 2789
So first, you need to download CCleaner, from snap or search about the app in google and install the apk
Then in the app " CCLEANER " press analyse, and wait for it to finish, it may take upto 5 minutes,
After that delete thumbnail files " ALL " it may appear under empty folders, so after deleting those files u gonna save 3~4 GB!
