    I downloaded the 10.2 software leak, realized it didn't work, and want it off my phone. I've now reset my phone to factory settings twice via blackberry link and it won't delete off my phone. I don't know what to do from here. waaah help me please in simple terms!!

    I suggest using an autoloader for the version that your carrier has.

    would you assist with that? i'm afraid of messing up my phone even more. device is the blackberry z10, and carrier is Telus (if that's what you're referring to haha....)
