Hey everyone
So this is what I gathered so far, I download the robenezers files, extract it on my desktop
Then open sachesi, go to the install bar and click folder and select the files and wait for it be done right? And also I'm on 10.2.1.2977 on z3

Installed the 10.3.1.831 on my z30 using the autoloader and then used Sashesi to do a non destructive update to 10.3.1.938 using the Blitz zip file, I set-up my device from scratch and so far everything is working OK.

Only issue so far is I have the duplicate contacts issue with my Gmail account. I will put it through the paces the next couple of days and do a write up with my observations.

Really all you have to do either with the zip or the extracted folder is drag it into Sachesi after clicking on install tab and it will do it all by itself provided you are using Sachesi 1.9.9 or 2.0.

Sachesi will pull and install proper radio for your device.

Fixed Blitz938.zip (Z3, Z10 -2/3/4, P9982, Q5, Q10, P9983, Z30) (file size 1.51GB only has changed files)
Or
Robbenezer's mix of ALL files???

From 396 I believe you should do all the files in the 938 package

I did a Non-destructive upgrade to 10.3.1.938 on my Q10 and it is successful everything looks fine.. since that upgrade I never again connect my Q10 on my PC.

But now that I want to get back on my Z30 and upgrade to 10.3.1.1016 I want to backup my Q10.

Problem is I can't connect my Q10 to BlackBerry Link anymore. Done everything... hard reset, restart my PC, Uninstall and reinstall BlackBerry Link but no go. So I tried using Sachesi but I can't connect to it also it gives me an error prompt saying "Cannot open: /pps/system/installer/radio/1"

Anyone knows what can I do to connect my device to Link or Sachesi?

Try to do a Google search about uninstalling BlackBerry drivers, follow the instructions to remove the drivers for desktop manager and then connect your Q10. It should then prompt you to install those drivers.

Also, check your USB settings on the BlackBerry and make sure it isn't set to Charge Only...

i am all set i was able to successfully update my phone with the other file.i am happy with the new os.this is my first time upgrading my Os with sacchesi .i have always either updated with Link,OTA or autoloader.

I finally got Sachesi to recognize the radio on my Z10 and the blitz file downloaded. Nothing appears destroyed so thanks!
