Thanks. Just did this blitz.this is my 3rd upgrade using nondestructive. upgrade. real easy. These were my first used of sacchessi.i will never use autoloader.my only issue after upgrading from 938 to 1016 was my wifi signal was awful.i just upgraded to 1154 tonoc.so far so good.

I left Sachesi on overnight, and when I checked the installer log just now, I found this:
"Installing 188 .bar(s). Skipped 22.
Communication Error: 2 (Connection closed) from 169.254.119.17
Connected to MSM8974AA ES1.1 PVS14SB1 WINDERMEREEMEA Rev:05 at 169.254.119.17."

Anybody know how I can remedy this?

At this point I think your best option it's to do an autoloader, hope you have a backup

I would really appreciate some help here:

I followed the instructions step by step and accomplished to install the update...

Everything was going fine, I was poking around, seeing whats new and whats gone and then it happened. The device froze completely, couldn't even put it on hold. Eventually I gave up on waiting and removed the battery, but that was it. The phone was dead.

I tried inserting another battery fully charged and it doesn't do anything, doesn't even turn the red led light nor will My computer/BBLink recognize it...

Can you help me with some suggestions please.

Hi, since I ve updated my z10 with 1016 agenda sound disappeared. I ve installed with blitz and every thing is OK except audio in agenda and volume bar disappeared, I mean as you rise volume it rises but no amount visual. Could someone help me? Thanks

Ive tried doing non destructive update on a Passport twice with .1151 and .1154 and it always going into a startup loop, goes to 100% then restarts and does it again. Have to hold the power button down for a few seconds then it restarts and reverts back to previous OS which is 10.0.3.1418. any ideas or just going to have to use an autoloader?

Did you get the passport started without using the autoloader? I have the same issue, just the blue cirlce startup but no further action.

Thank you Rob! My phone really needed this (the old update really got on my nerves and I experienced issues side loading files) but this blitz stuff was painless! So easy and now the phone's a dream! :-)

Anyway, on a serious note, what does it do when you connect the charger?
Did you try pressing down the power button for a while?

To answer your question, nothing, Windows Device Manager doesn't even blinks.
And yes, I did that several times, also tried with Volume + and - with no luck.

Might still be able to do a backup. Does Link dtill see it? Make sure you choose full backup if you want to keep your third party apps and data

No that is the Software Release version not the actual OS version.

You probably have the STL100-1. This is a known issue with an unknown solution.

It stayed frozen at 11 of 202 apps i.e. 17percent ALL night.

I didn't get that communication error pop up on screen either.

Nothing happens when you press and hold the power button? I think you'll have to send it for repairs.

Your link attachment is bad so I couldn't see what you posted - Nonetheless, this is a new OS, as with any other upgradeOS or Blitz, it will take time to settle in. you may experience any or all of the following:

Lags in screen
Hub not populated
Android apps not loading
Increased PIM Service CPU and or Data spike
Battery warming up
Battery life worse than usual

These are all natural, it takes the system some time to settle in. Give it some time and it should be very snappy.

Try a hard reset and then see how you go. Sounds as though a process is running that need to be terminated.

I did a Blitz on my Passport straight to this one from .1418 and other than the odd screen flicker in the CB app just after installing it has run flawlessly.

In bedside mode my Passport idles at around 0.4% overnight so something is definitely not right with yours.
