Non-destructive update to STA100-2 Z30 - no problems so far and everything I've tried seems to be working including BBM, Clock, Assistant etc. Thanks for the files.

Pardon my ignorance.
As far as I understand I can install this also on 10.2.1, which I have on my Q10. My question is: even if it is defined as a 'non-destructive' method, will I loose BBM conversations as well as contacts, calendar entries, Remember entries, apps or pic/vid?

Works the same was as an OTA update pushed by your carrier, NOTHING IS LOST.

From downloading of files to complete installation took me about three hours, however I have a slow Internet connection.

Installed successfully on a Z10 STL100-3 from OS 10.3.1.800.

What I noticed right away is how fast restarting the phone is now.
And I also notice when the phone starts up, it gives you some written status at the bottom like "Securing the Phone", "Loading the apps" etc.

Both are probably not new, just something I never noticed I guess.

Installed blitz now BBM not opening.
Did hard resets , tried re downloading bbm from bb app world.
Still not opening,,just force closing.

Any solutions

There is another folder inside the main folder. drag the inside folder which has bar files. It will work.
