First off, call it the Classic. It was never known as the Q20 - that was only a pre-production codename.

The Classic uses the same autoloader as the Leap and Z30.

Yes.... because BlackBerry pretty much shutdown development back in 2014, and put BB10.3 into maintenance mode. . Which is why we never got a 10.4 or 10.5.

Download and unzip to PC, plug in device, and run the autoloader. Your device will be wiped in the process.

Just so you understand, 10.3.3.2137 is the same as 10.3.3.3216. Yes, it is kinda stupid that there are 2 numbers for the same OS. That is just the way BlackBerry used to operate.

You're on the same OS as before. You essentially performed a clean install of the same software.
