    I updated my z3 to 10.3.1.997 and since then I am facing several problem like all necessary apps are gone i.e. photos, videos, music and most importantly even file manager. And also I'm not able to connect to blackberry link

    I am pretty sure that is a developers OS and is not the full OS. You need to load a complete OS.
