I did blitz upgrade from. 8xx.

Will try factory restore then autoloader tomorrow to see if it resolves the issue.

Hello, I have difficulty with the 10.3.1.938 to copy text from the email and paste it into the form fields in the browser. Does anyone have the same problem? Solutions? Does anyone have the BAR file browser from a previous version that is compatible with the 10.3.1.938?

It s happened to me also, but with Gmail only, there s no problem with other email accounts

For all the people that don't read, search and ask questions mentioned waayyyy before...

-battery / system icon bottom left-> swipe over the battery icon up and down to get rid of it.
- no Blend is not working yet
- flash, is dated and BlackBerry got rid of it
- battery life is great, if it's not reinstall or revert and wait for the next leak.
- spontaneous reboots, can happen occasionally.
- BlackBerry assistent not working, wait for next leak
- battery manager, is sometimes off but recovers.
- still battery problems, calibrate battery by letting it die, remover battery, plug it in, let it be for 20 min, plug back in battery.
- profiles not saving (sound and vibration) , wait for next leak

Oh and it doesn't matter if you do the blitz or the autoloader, just a stable leak.

For the people that do read, did I miss anything?

Having trouble with BlackBerry Link and file manager. Have many of the same pc in there for remote access. One works but cannot get rid of the others. Also uni stalling BlackBerry 10 sofware on my In 8.1 gives me unexpected error and cannot even u uninstall to reinstall

Try signing out of link and restart computer and sign in back again...

Make sure your BlackBerry is connected to Internet while you sign out and sign in on link!

Still a ****in joke, not an enterprise mobile OS, sorry - VPN support is an idiotic predefined list of 3 hw vendors various devices and two sw IKE, one MS and one generic. No OpenVPN, no PPTP, no SonicWall, no SSL, nothing. Plain stupid, truly embarrasing.
Android stack is practically useless, half the apps are slow as a dog, other half flat out freezes out or does not even load.
If 10.3.1 is still here it's pretty much game over for this whole platform very soon.

I found a partial fix. The Paste button does not appear in the form of meat in the browser if the browser display is magnified field of the form. Just zoom out to a minimum to bring up the Paste button while holding down the finger on the form.

But Norrod did a SIC wipe before installing 938, and that gets rid of everything including the previous OS, doesn't it? If that is the case, why would having 10.2.1.x on the phone make 938 work better than having no old OS on the phone? If the SIC wipe /doesn't/ get rid of the old OS, then maybe reinstalling 10.2.1 before installing 10.3.1.938 makes sense.
I don't know, but I think it is this leak, and there is nothing to be done about it until these things are fixed.

But who know what amateur SW "SIC wipe" doing ?? Maybe not able done all what needed ..
Simply: way with reinstall official version helped to many people ..

After installing this leak I am no longer receiving hub notifications for bbm channels that I favorite. Also. My bbm channels feed do not update unless I open the individual bbm channel.

Any fixes?
I have tried installing various version of bbm but same problem.

I'm not using built in tones, but thanks for the tip.
My issue isn't that the tones aren't playing, its that the phone doesn't recognize that a call is coming in at all until about 5 or 6 rings, at which point the call gets thrown to voice mail.
