It would be helpful if you confirmed what OS you are on now. Go to settings / about.

Here is my problem: when I call someone, I can speak and can be heard but I can't hear the waiting ring tone before the person take the call neither what the person is saying. I can only do so if I turn on the loudspeaker or put the headphones.

What can I do to solve this? I tried to turn off the phone, take off the battery but it didn't work.

The largest file is called a "debrick" file, which contains the core operating system along with all of the applications. The smaller file is just the core operating system, which would be used if you just wanted to perform an upgrade (note that you'd need to download the individual application bars with Sachesi, or extract them all from the larger file).

larger how? I'm using the passport, I see two links as well, one link has "desktop" in the name of the file, the other doesn't. I'm assuming you didn't mean larger as in longer file name, but then what does the desktop refer to?

The file containing "desktop" in the name is the full debrick file, the one without it is just the core OS.

My Blackberry Classic reboots randomly 5-6 times in a Day... don't know what causing it to reboot.

Also I am not able to restore media files from my old Q10 or other Blackberry phones using BBLink... and able to restore App data, settings etc.
