I was thinking to install core OS 1955 because that one is build for the Passport. Someone has experience in difference in Core OS 2243. It seems that 2243 still has some flickering????
Finding and fixes thread. Post 27 may be same issue as yours. Just saying.
What on earth BlackBerry is fixing?
BlackBerry Passport 10.3.1.2243 w/1956 apps
People have reported flickering on 1955 too. So pick your poison.

My guess is OTA install/update issues for devices coming from 10.2.1.

BlackBerry users figured out how to avoid flickering by changing radios and why BlackBerry doesn't?

I hate that flickering, never had problems with other BB10 devices but the passport has a lott of bugs with leaks :cant-watch: Saying that Yes I know it's a leak but the normal 10.3 OS for the Passport has also issues.
Results vary. Hasn't worked for everybody.

Does anybody try the stl100-1 autoloader that from the first post?

while installing core bar file sachesi is saying " none of the selected were install able skipped " please help me
Makes sense. No debrick available. So no autoloading.
it was me, couldn't resolve it so I used autoloader 2072
More details needed there, Dude.
Don't unzip the files, drag it directly to sachesi and ignore the message after dragging.

How smart is it to install this core and OS getting a warining. Could it be that the Core OS is for the new Passport special edition with some diffent hardware on the mainboard or whatever??
I also search on the internet and it seems this core OS 1955 and 2243 was mention for US and UK only that was making me thinking that it could ben for the Passport Special editon, so Yes than it could be also there will be an special edition in the UK. ???
Uhhhh this is a leak. If it was an official update and there was flickering reported then your post would have some merit, but as it stands you are complaining about unofficial software.
Sadly this is true.. on the other hand however, the flickering issue was also on .2072 and that one is pushed by several providers as official update. So one can expect an improvement on newer (leaked) OS

updated core os and radio bars via SACHESI for my Z10-3.
everything goes well so far.
p.s. the previous os is 10.3.1.2027
The radio performance is simply the best to date. However, I still don't know if this release unbreaks Bluetooth for me. There seemed to be a fundamental incompatibility between the Linux Bluetooth stack (also used by Android phones) and BlackBerry. Let's see if this release fixes this, or fixes the Pebble situation.
From my BlackBerry Q10, 10.3.1.2072
Actually, this version .2243 is now official for the Passport on Bouygues Telecom in France. Sachesi codes 208/20. A friend there got an OTA upgrade pushed to him.
Well, thank you for those who answer for me :)
I must say, either leaks or official must have any improvement, especially that from the start of 10.3.1 leaks this flickering is present.
I am complaining? Yes. Sorry for that. Because this is blackberry and I have a high expectation with this brand.
Edit: I know that no one ask me to install this leak. But 10.3 is a buggy OS, that is the reason why.
