I am loading it to a spare Z10 we have just to see if there is something in it that the others don't have. I will not be doing any testing if it is nothing special.

So far this latest looks as an improvement but one glaring issue remains. The GUI animation is terrible.
Choppy, amateurish at best. Not smooth at all. Has been this way for most of the 10.3.1 run.
Smoothness is gone. Runs well, just choppy and sometimes hangs.

Yeah. Been certified for their model of the Classic. It is AT&T after all, so to be expected

Because Rogers honestly doesn't care that much about testing. They take BB's word for it that it's a good OS and generally just push things out. AT&T on the other hand still tests things and are PITA along with being slow as cold molasses going up a hill backwards in the middle of December.

American carriers are the only ones that take so long. Every single country in the world gets their bb10 updates before USA does.

I agree, at least on Z10 and Q10. The UI especially the home screen/app grid, should be ironed out by now.
