My Assistant has been working since 1016 (the first 10.3.1 build I've used). Perhaps you need to hire a new one. (sorry that's totally unhelpful but I got nothin' for you)

I'm trying to see if the problem is caused by a leftover bar. Since your assistant is working, can you check to see if the following bars are installed:

sys.data.nuance_vocalizer 10.2.1.1
sys.media_streamer 10.2.1.1
sys.vad 10.2.1.1
sys.bridge* 10.1.1.65
sys.chartblend 10.2.2.219

The easiest way to check is via the Sachesi Install tab.

From what I've used it has improved from the official 10.3 available for the Passport. I hope they revamp the camera software to fully take advantage of the Passport's hardware. It feels severely under-utilized to me.
This version does work better for me than the stock OS's camera which has been my biggest complaint since receiving the device.

The problem seems to be focusing at objects of a certain distance. Meaning further away. Close to medium distance the autofocus seems to do alright.

installed os 1151 . and now my keyboard gestures are gone and automatic spellcheck doesent work . i went into setting . everything is on . but doesent work when i type . did a hard reset still nothing

How days passing by, this build is becoming more and more unstable similar to 1061. Two days it was great, but after 4 days small glitches arrise. I'm afraid that we are 100 builds away from really stable beta.

Just thought I would post my experience for anyone interested. I have the Verizon Z30 (STA100-3) and have been using 10.3.1.1016 since it was available. I used the blitz method to update to 1016 from a previous 10.3.1 version (don't remember which one) and it didn't go very well. I ended up using an autoloader to install it instead. Everything seemed to work fine, except my battery life was terrible. I decided to try the blitz with 1151, and it went extremely smooth for me. It took about 1.5 hours to do the update and as far as I can tell, I've lost nothing. I've been using it for 2 days now and my battery life seems better than it was on 10.2 even! I am not making this up! Yesterday, I used it normally all day, and had about 50% left when I went to sleep. Today, I am currently at 40% after using it heavily all day after about 10 hours of being off of the charger. I have not had any issues with BBM, phone calls or text messages. Data is working great, reception is great, bluetooth is working great. It seems to load my email noticeably faster on this build, and loads email image quicker. I'm very happy with it. I'm not sure why people have had trouble with it. Works good for me.

That's a really smart idea to look for left over bar files. I'm going to check on my non-destructive update tonight as well as BA isn't working for me either.

I see Colin's response above, so it would be good to see if others who BA is working for don't have those files as well.

I did reboot, but the bridge files are tagged by BB10 as permanent and can't be removed. I'm sure there are some hoops that can be jumped thru, I just don't know them...yet...

so turns out I have the 10.2.2 voice control bar installed and it's permanent. I cannot remove it. This could be the culprit.

Yes I can click on permanent. I think it stands for permanent uninstall. This is what happens when I click permanent.

Terminate doesn't do anything. It doesn't even close the voice control when I launch it from the app manager.
