Some have seen this before, so its not entirely new, but this is the first 10.3 release I am seeing this in for myself. It seems BB are polishing up for final release.

Try doing a selective restore with only media and apps. Skip the settings. You will lose *some* stuff, but not everything. It seems to be the settings restores that cause the most problems across OS versions.

I also recommend SMS Backup by Epic Windmill for saving txt conversations. Those are part of the Settings category of backup/restore (for some reason) and would be lost if Settings are not restored.

I also found that restoring settings caused me to lose all sound on calendar alarms/ notifications regardless of settings.

Anybody else finding the ART to be slower? I'm judging by the launch time for instagram but I remember on one of the low 10.3.0.1xxx builds launch time seemed to be much quicker

Just added a new customized profile with sound and other options (LED etc) for various apps ... and finally selected it to activate ... and voila.

OK, that's usually my first approach to these issues. I'm bummed it didn't work, but I will take a look at a few other things and see if I can find a solution. I have also seen similar issues with SMS, where the device appears to hang and be indexing the message database before finally showing messages. I've also seen weird delays in sending, etc.

One thing that has been helping me lately is to toggle Airplane Mode on then back off. For whatever reason, it seems to 'kickstart' things again.

If that doesn't work, try powering off the device, removing the SIM card, powering on without SIM, then power off and reinsert SIM...power back on. Again, if it's some weird network fluke that should help.

So I have a better idea of a few things, which carrier are you with?

I have T-Mobile, I tried both suggestions the airplane toggle and also the sim-less reboot but still nothing.. I appreciate you trying to help I hope we get it figured out!

Join Now, for calendar invites is no longer appearing. This has worked for every build up until now. I have added Conference details into the calendar app, and still nothing.

Am I alone? Any one know of a fix, besides rolling backwards?

I also do not see the small "telephone" icon next to the number when I open a calendar entry that has a conference number included. This is baffling.

Performer a reset (hold both Vol up/down buttons and press button on top of the phone at the same time, wait until device goes dark, then restarts, then release buttons). Let it boot back up, give a few minutes to settle down and try it. If that doesn't work, I'd re-load the O/S from scratch.

I noticed another issue: when you try to share a picture by text message... then you cancel it and share another picture, the SMS thread will that contact will "duplicate" in the Hub.
