Too many pages to try to go back and catchup. Is it me or are the messages more densely packed in the Hub? Also, there's a glitch with orientation and the Android runtime. On some apps that use horizontal orientation, when I close the app, the home screen becomes unresponsive or doesn't function properly. The screen still functions/reacts as though it has horizontal capabilities. I know I'm not explaining it clearly, but just know that there is a glitch. I'll see how long I can live with it before I revert to a 10.3.0.xxxx build.

Sorry if this has been posted. Red a couple of pages and didn't see anything on this. It's the first time that happens to me that when I install a leaked OS the BBLink notes that the setup is incomplete. I did a full wipe to try again and the same thing happened. I configured manually the bb ID, BBM and also did the tutorials just in case, but always the same issue.

Any ideas?

You have to do the tutorials AND swipe through your screens with your phone disconnected from your PC. In other words, swipe through all your apps, swipe back to the home screen, swipe over into the Hub, swipe back through the home screen and your apps, swipe to pull down the quick settings menu. After you do all that, do a hard reboot, plug in your phone and start Link.

Problem description: When searching for Apps on device via BlackBerry Assistant, Assistant returns no results.

Additional information:
Phone was upgraded OTA from 10.2.1 via Sachesi from AT&T. Search function on 10.2.1 always returned apps.
I have tried to reset the search filter by removing Apps from the Categories list and re applying but no luck.

Anybody else having this issue?

I just tried to use the BA to launch CrackBerry and it said it couldn't find it. Same thing for android apps. It also couldn't find LinkedIn which came factory installed (just to rule out apps we added versus apps BlackBerry installed by default).

I've noticed this too. Tried using a bigger font but that doesn't suffice.

I just opened Crackberry with BA by saying "Open CB ten". Even found the Tim Hortons app "Timmy Me".

It just doesn't launch anything. It's been there since 10.3... Not sure if it's the same problem on the passport but it was on my Z30 on 10.3

I tried native stuff like calendar, calculator... nothing launches... even when you type it! But it launches the flashlight!

here is a bar file from the games app on 10.2.1. I don't know if it can be loaded on 10.3.1. Mine was still available because i did a non-destructive update.

just wait till you get welcome message it doesn't came right the way and even if you can't go settings/bbid or try sec wipe

I was able to get it to work with setting/BBID after starting up. Just want to cite an issue.

Go to assistant, flip the top of the screen to access the settings. Once there, turn off the mute key function.
I can access it through my stereo once I did that
