I don't really understand photography and don't actually use the camera much, but maybe that's why I can spot the difference from the previous builds: the photos don't appear hazy anymore. Also, focus lock-in is faster.

For those with issues in regards to having a blank overflow when selecting a BBM Hub message, you can sideload the sys.pim.messages.bar (v10.3.1.572) found in BlackBerry 10 OS 10.3.1.938.

Calendar notifications still not working?!

On Z10 moving from .821. Did autoloader, security wipe, and full restore. I cannot recall where/when I read, but I think I heard suggestions that restoring the settings may be the cause? Anyone with clarity/suggestoins, please help.

Also, am currently doing security wipe, and also want to know if I should do autoloader again or can just go to restore (without settings) to resolve this issue?

Got Z10 STL1 autoloader.. everything was ok

Checked the new OS it was fine then I wanted to restore my data which I backed up already.

Spent 3 hours with different versions of blackberry link and done all the tricks so my pc can recognise my mobile driver .. not even once
Every time I connect the mobile Windows keeps saying the driver was not installed correctly


Finally rolled back to 10.3.0.1418

And pc had no problems with driver

Anyone had the same issue

did the initial setup run?if not then thats the problem because without completing the setup your phone wont be able to connect to your pc

Not sure if this is already posted or that this has been in 10.3.1 previous builds, but now I can search in my email through server i.e. not just the emails present on phone but on server too.

After 5 hrs of 10.3.1.1016 installation , i found the battery life is super , i captured all of my apps in device monitor.

I have downloaded the new 10.3.1.1016 file for Z30. Put it on the phone and works fine, except for one thing...I noticed I have a Verizon account app. But I didn't download the verizon version. I have T-mobile. So the question is will this make a difference?

Cause usually the NFC tap for credit cards has to be done within an app.... like the RBC, TD app. So BlackBerry is doing their own NFC payment system?

I wonder if the phone can just emulate the NFC equipped credit card? Presumably you would use the pin for security.

Personally, it is easier to pull a credit card out of a wallet than a phone out of your pocket. My Amex has my photo on it. It is the least hassle card where it is accepted because of that feature.

Ok guys.
After reading 26 pages and loading uo this os.
I had to revert to 938.
Keyboard did not work, serious battery drain.

What i would like to know before i reinstall this os.
Is scrolling through the app pages smooth?
Does the option to turn the screen on when a not comes in work?
What do STA users think of this battery life?

Would love to reload this os but hat a s****y experience at first and i did a autoloader/clean install

Calendar notifications work as expected for me. Pop-up, tone and vibrate as per my notification profile.

mine they're working fine , i only have some android notifications don't open but i can just delete them ,other than that i didn't find anything wrong.
and also the calendar it's not off anymore.

Anyone with insights as to why they are not working for my Z10 and suggestions on how to get them working??

Note, I should add that, when downgrading to 10.3.0.1418 and back to 10.3.1.1016, I did not do any restore in both cases -- calendar notifications worked on 3.0.1418 and did not work on 3.1.1016.
