Until more popular android apps make it to BlackBerry world, updated runtime is of very little significance.

If you so needed android apps then I think you should buy android choose what ever device fit for you
    That's only my opinion

Quick share/delete on photos is great!! when you take a picture and you drag up the thumbnail you can preview the photo and swipe over to delete if its not good enough, or swipe to share

Ugh is this the latest scam? Have a feature in 10.0, take it away in 10.1, and then TADA! introduce it in 10.2? Why the hell did it go away from 10.1?

LOL. BlackBerry is no different than any of the other platforms. Individuals take away what they perceive from said hype. That's where it starts and ends....with the individual. Same hype for Androids' Ice Cream, Jellybean and Apples' new iOS7 and ppl also complained about all three, too. Since our carriers are not the least bit concerned while many wait for an official OS release, I feel very fortunate(and not obligated) to be able to utilize 10.2 - now. No, it's not official, it has bugs, but, the leakers actually mention what is new and/or what has changed with each leak......always preceded by a disclaimer because OS leaks are not for everyone.

I dare you to install 10.2 and use it for a week. Then go back to 10.1
And you will see the enormous difference.

i think you forget about biggest change. Android 4.2.2 with hardware support !
Android 4.2 is pointless. They should have tried to roll out 10.2 with Android 4.3 that way we can change app permissions for Android ports.

These changes we have seen in 10.2 from 10.0 would have taken Apple years to provide a similar update to their phones. The leaks have to fun to play with, to feel, and see the changes. Way to go BlackBerry and way to go BerryLeaks.

This post can be summarized in two words: TERRIBLE TITLE

I mean really the OP basically says they like the improvements of 10.2 except they were expecting it to come with free gas, unicorns and rainbows. I think people exaggerate titles just to get their posts read. SAD.

I finally installed the leak. I do see huge battery life improvement. Toast notification and preview are all good. I like priority hub. It's a good upgrade but I expected more. I don't know what I wanted with this update, but I still think it is a minor update not a massive like I Thought.

Sometimes to appreciate an OS update to a new sub-version - it takes a bit of time to really enjoy and KNOW the some of the parts equals to a much MUCH better whole.

Honestly, some of you guys hate on members here who defect - to any other platform of their choosing (disregarding or not caring about their reasons). However, defecting and understanding how another platform works can do TWO things for any mobile OS fan or diehard:

    1) it may just force you to return indefinitely and stave away boredom because you REALLY miss just how using BB10 works, or
    2) you may find a more efficient way to how another system does a specific function/feature and then write to BlackBerry to see if they can achieve that or do it better!

So I say give it about 2 months and maybe you'll find just how good BB10.2 really is in day to day use; especially when being used outside of its regular element that you're currently using it in. Just a few thoughts.

10.2 has some new features, and some rewrites (such as settings). To user, there aren't more then 10 new things I suppose. The biggest changes came to developers, Cascades 10.2, Android 4.2.2, headless apps, and even to developers they might not seem big, but they are. Everyone is complaining about headless limitation, but they're well thought out, it will save them the trouble Android is in right now (everyone keeps using Task killer or phone becomes slow)

I totally agree, I was expecting more from the OS 10.2. I'm sorry but with this release, maybe, we are reaching the level of (android and iOs) speaking of features but we are still far away.... You can't still say this is the best OS even if I love it.

Android apps running on 10.2 are so much better and games run so fluently. There is very significant improvement. Actually games with 10.2 are working better than my friend's Galaxy S4 And the toast notifications and real time response are other cool features which are so useful. Actually list is long.
