About BB Link: I have an unlocked STL-100-2 I got from Carphone Wharehouse. That could be it. Or it could be VIVO. I suggest trying without the SIM card.

Or Sachesi. It's not like we don't know how to.

Mine is unlocked too. Got it off carrier. By the way, even connected without a SIM card the update doesn't show up... :-(

And Sachesi frustrated me a little with a issue that says me that the info of my SW Version isn't available afte the update.

I say go with the full version. Don't restore anything (from backup). I couldn't be happier with my Q10 running 10.2.1

Humm... on a second look, in english this is called "Software Release" and since it's not official it hasn't been released... that explains why we don't have this information "available". My Q10 doesn't show this information like yours Z10, look:

Guys, I installed 10.2.1.1055 and everything is working fine, no fb problem, no music player issues... but there is a big problem and I hope you can help me. Nor my BBM nor my BlackBerry Protect are working. Did this happen to any of you?

I took off my chip, rebooted the phone, took off my battery... Nothing worked. Downloaded bbm again. My 3G is working fine, I tested it. Don't know what else to do... I don't want to downgrade though =/

I had all sorts of issues with 10.2.1.

Only way I really managed to get it working was: Wipe > Sideload > wipe.

Did you have problems with BlackBerry Protect and BBM? I'm not really sure if I understood what you're telling me to do... Sideload what? Considering everything is working fine but BBM and Protect...

My bad. I mean load the whole OS up again (run the autoloader).

So, Wipe > autoloader > wipe.

BBM and Protect work untill I restore my phone. I tried restoring only media and settings, BBM worked but not Protect. I took my Bold and I'm trying to transfer only my contacts through Device Switch App. Let's see if it'll work out...
