    Go settings, about, drop dow to network hit the menu button on bottom right and press register device.

    BB OS 10 Latest Update very bad...
    After update, we can't login to bbm server -___-

    Nothing BB indicator because BBM cannot connect to server
    Answer from "Slff" not fix the issue...
    Anyone know how to contact Blackberry staff for fix this issue asap??

    Reload your os, or take your sim out and put it back in and do a hard reset.

    I have already
    - 4x Reload OS today
    - 2x Take sim card
    - 39x Restart device

    Maybe this problem from BlackBerry Server

    I experience the same thing.. been posting in another forum... I have 2 BlackBerry q10 and z10..
    Q10 using telkomsel.. last night update everything.. now works fine
    Z10 using XL.. update last night.. now BBM not working at all..!! Pull battery done, using wifi + sim card.. not working.. can browse can email... only cannot bbm

    Seriously BlackBerry!! QA, UAT, before release.. programming 101??

    just problem with user who use Z10, BBM in my samsung galaxy S3 (mentari-indosat operator)and BB 9800 (tri operator) still run perfectly..."lancar jaya" LoL

    Not only the telkomsel, not the operator problem.. all of the operator in indonesia get the same problem like this.. if reload os can't fix it, maybe we need the other update version again..

    Me too. Using Q5 on Telkomsel. It's not just the indicator missing, I don't get any signal! Usually I have full signal with 3G. Now it's showing EDGE. And gone. EDGE, Gone. It's all over again. But my mom's 9320 and my tablet using Telkomsel too isn't affected. I'm using my tablet portable wifi now. I'm afraid it's 'Sensorgate 2013' problem again.

    1. Uninstall the android apps first,
    2. Download android runtime 4.3 at apps.goodereader.com
    3. Sideload the android runtime to your device and then hard reset:
    For stl100-1: press power button until the blue BlackBerry booting logo(1-100%), and release.
    For stl100-2 until 4: press volume up and down until the BlackBerry logo booting
    4. Sideload the android apps again
    5. Enjoy
