Hey Guys,
I Got a problem with my hotspot in Z10 STL100-1 OS 10.2.0.149
in this stage of setting up my APN, the next button doesn't make any action.

Also The Device when starting it's to heavy that when I click to see the reached percentage it doesn't appear at the same time

The APN settings are usually provided by your provider, and are generally not your name. For example on t-mobile, the APN name is fast.tmobile.com or epc.ymobile.com. If you google around on the internet you might be able to find out what your carrier's APN settings are. Many carrier's charge extra to use mobile hotspot.

I Couldn't Find a Thread for Hotspot Problems with OS 10.2

Which OS are you running, as 10.2.0.149 doesn't exist.
If it's 10.2.0.1047 then there are many reports of hotspot not working on this OS. Works fine on .1323 and .1371 though.
