Read through this thread. It will tell you how to overcome the original issue and how to overcome the change they made to stop fix. It works on US Verizon, not sure if it will work for you

I have had an an issue of my wifi not being connected when I get home. So I deleted my saved network and tried to Re connect it again and I get this pop up. (posted pic below). Is there anything solution to this? I am on Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1047 and have never had this issue. Been on this OS for 3 days now and only today the problems have started. No issue with my wife's Z10 or any other devices at home.

Known glitch with this OS. A security wipe fixed it for me.

So after the security wipe, did you do a restore from link and then try connect?

Well, I backed up device via link, did a security wipe and when the device rebooted I started going through the initial setup the device does when you first get it. I selected my network and imputed my password and it connected right away. I was happy that it worked and I was connected to wifi again. Once that was done I connected back to laptop and did a restore from link which worked just fine but once the backup was done it was not connected to wifi anymore. I then went into network settings and turned on wifi and could see my network and it was locked. I selected it and imputed my password again and then it did the same thing it did before I started this whole process. Would not connect again and the same pop up came up which I posted a pic of earlier in this thread.

I'm wondering if I do the security wipe again but this time when I restore, instead of restoring "all" the data, I leave out the settings data and just do the other 2 files? Would I be missing anything important by not restoring the settings data? I could just set the settings myself after I do the restore right?

So just an update, did another security wipe, after wipe I connected to my wifi network with no issues, then did a restore on link but did not restore all the data
I didn't load the settings data but I loaded everything else. Seems to be working just fine and I have all my stuff restored as well. Don't think I'm missing anything.
