    I've got this optus app that I can't permanently delete it, if I delete it, it's gone until I reboot the phone, anyone know how I can permanently delete this?

    I don't think you can..
    I got one from the provider in my country, but once I delete it, it comes back again

    hide that mofo in a folder for all the naughty useless icons (search, camera, help, phone etc.)

    Same here with Telstra. Deleting or moving it won't help, it just comes back

    The telco does it on purpose of course
