    Hi guys,

Onedrive is taking up 5.6GB of storage. I'm a bit confused as to how it works in my phone. On my old iPhone 4s I choose to sync photos and videos and the app would upload those files but didn't appear to "contain" these files from a storage POV. But on BlackBerry 10 it shows in Device Manager as per the pic.

Also I often get the hub notification stating Onedrive couldn't upload a video file (probably because it's too big).

    Cheers,
    John Paul

Maybe the 5.6GB is just the amount of storage you have on the cloud drive.
I just checked my G4 and my Google Drive says 55MB but my actual cloud drive has 158GB.

I don't think any of the cloud storage software on BB10 will upload anything over 100GB.

Box, Dropbox, and OneDrive are all considered part of the file system, even though the files don't physically exist on the device. You're just seeing the amount of space taken up on the service.

I need to quote this so OP can see it. Too many comments not giving the right answer to free the memory space.

Again the quoted reply is the solution for Box, Dropbox, and OneDrive.

Cheers guys. I turned off video syncing. Yes it seems to be the storage used in Onedrive by my Z30. I have 1TB storage altogether. Just concerned about space in my internal memory.

Cool I'll log out and log back in and clear the cache. Thanks guys!
