    What was the solution?
Why are you starting a thread without giving us the issue and the solution?
Please give us more information or we may have to ask to close this thread.

I am guessing that he likes the ringer mute button that was incorporated in the latest OS that many of us hate.

The 'touch anywhere' to mute was much better!!

    +1 Definitely.

They could should give an option to select either of the two.

Here's my theory... OP is taking about quick settings profile changer... in 10.2 you could only flick between two, in 10.3.1 you can choose multiple...

    Again. It's only a theory

Btw, my issue with that thing was solved by that thing there in second screen. Mwahaha

the problem was: incoming calls were automatically getting muted by a very slight touch in pocket anywhere on screen. which was resulting in too much missed calls.
but in the issue is solved as we get a small button to mute call, not the whole screen to touch and mute which is way better for me.
now i can keep my phone in any way in my pocket. earlier i used to pur my phone facing outwards in pocket.

But what if you touch a physical button such as mute/volume/power button?

I lol'ed... did nobody teach you that if you want to say something, you should do this in clear and understandable manner? Nobody is sitting in your head to know what you mean...

Too bad, like the old Camera-push-anywhere-to-shoot option, I actually preferred this. This was only ever an "issue" for those who carried their BlackBerry devices without any full case, screen facing inward, with pants with such thin fabric it would register key presses from touching their leg.
Like those who complained about constant pocket dialling.

Apparently they still need to dumb down the gestures to make BB10 more universally understandable/usable.
