After BlackBerry fired BB10 and HW teams, even most stubborn people see where BB10 is going.
But, system will get 2 security patches in 2016, so useful life will be until 2018.
Recently OG Passport prices with here dropped to equivalent of USD 370 pre-VAT, so I believe we could get Passport in USD 300 range quickly.
Also, Leap would probably get dirt cheap, so it will be great phone to upgrade friends and family.
I am toying with idea to snag P'9983(Q10) if price drops further. Currently in 1100 range pre-VAT, but let's see. P'9982 (Z10) are already on fire-sale for USD 500.
All prices unlocked, no carrier subsidy.

Yes it is like clearance sale of BB10 devices . This might look positive but there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

In Europe prices are still high, with passport being sold at no less than 550 for querty keyboard and 380 for the quertz one. This means that, despite all the BB10 problems, the market eyes system upgrade and its active life elongation. If BB10 phones are priced higher than mid-level Android models, OS quality results confirmed. So, it's too early to speak of a failure. Lower prices in US and Canada are attributable to the more favourable fiscal policies of the two american countries, rather than to an involution of BB10 OS

Assume they stopped making phones now so prices will depend on what stock is left where.

Well I have no intention of replacing my Z30 with any existing BlackBerry 10 devices anytime soon. As a matter if fact, I'm probably going to upgrade to either the PRIV or LG V10 next month.

As much as I love love love my Z30 and BlackBerry 10 OS. The age of the OS and no added feature development is starting to rear it's ugly head. I'm finding myself using more apps that either don't work or require more of my manual intervention to have them work then I care for. For now, I'll keep on chugging along.

    Look! It's Zedzilla30!

Same here. End of the BlackBerry road for me when my z30 dies. Had it since it first came out and enjoyed it and was looking forward to a high end All Touch from BlackBerry with bb10 but we now know it's never going to happen. I don't plan on getting the Priv. Moving to a life without BlackBerry.

Sent from my battered and bruised but still kicking (just barely) Z30.

These are for future use after d end of life of my current Classic. Hopefully by the end of life of these 2 a better OS than Android and Iphone will surface. Just not a fan of andriod right now.
