Thank goodness you won't get it then. Wouldn't want to see anything happen. Since it's big red we're talking about, there is no need to worry about a heart attack. We're all very safe on vzw. They will never care about us.

I am on ATT with an ATT Passport I purchased used, if if call to get them to unlock my phone, will I then be able to get the update?

I think Verizon really will do this one, if only for the anti-theft requirements. I'm just not used to installing such a low version number. My general rule has been to wait for a 1xxx build.

Tried it myself from the Official BB site. I think right now you have to pull it from the Beta zone if you are signed up for it. If anyone has another answer; please share. There are a lot of people who want the updated Blend that are not Beta members.

Interesting that my Passport is running 3.2.440 (680) and I just checked and the update is available. Now I can't wait to get home (wifi) and download it. I'm hoping that it will fix the Bluetooth issue that has been a plague on my phone.

Smokeaire, see my comments under the findings and fixed thread for 798. No luck with the BT for me. I called BlackBerry support again, submitted a new log file, said the OS is no longer really beta OS. We'll see.

Downloading the OTA update now in my Amazon BBPassport. Just put two thermal images to illustrate how hot the poor phone can get while downloading the update. Took the case out just in case.

You have the option within settings to change to growing numbers and bars not dots.

Same situation as you with the same device...if you don't see the update in the Hub check Software update in settings...if you still have issues, remove the sim card and try again with a good wi-fi connection.

Shopblackberry z30 and passport both got 10.3.2.440 update on Virgin Mobile Canada. Z10 unlocked from virgin mobile still no update.

Anyone experience g issues with the update process? My shop blackberry Z30 keeps failing via wifi and via link. Very frysreating. Just took the sim card out and rebooting. Will try again!!!

1st: the previous official update went smoothly via the browser, so this time around i wanted to try out a different method with Link and long story short: Link is absolutely awful with three failed attempts!

2nd: tried with the browser method, it looked like it was ok and just was downloading slowly, so i went out to do some things hoping to come back to a freshly updated z10 but no, there was some sort of error....

3rd: now i'm attempting the update via OTA, so we'll see....
**download via WiFi was decent but installing on the other hand is like 28k slow.....**

*Link is awful, terrible and i hope some more resources are invested into improving the software; Blend is awesome, so why can't Link be? (or at least usable, i'll settle for that)

and fair warning to others, when updating via the Browser or Link fails, you need to go into your App Data Folder and into the Cache Folder to delete the leftover because a PC reboot won't clear that... I had 3.9GB worth of data just taking up space on the HDD!
