    My Z30 purchased through Shop BlackBerry came with 10.3.1. The moment I turned it on, 10.3.2 was available (I think it was 2 days after BlackBerry announced 10.3.2 was available. I'm on Bell, but did the update before I inserted the SIM card.

    My uncle has an unlocked Z10 purchased through Staples. It's got 10.3.1 on it and wouldn't see 10.3.2 as being available.

    Thinking this was related to Bell not making the update available, I pulled the SIM card and attempted to search for the update via WiFi thinking it would fall back to BlackBerry's server. Still no update available.

    Is there another trick to getting the OTA update to work on his Z10?

    To give the Americas some advantage given how badly they've been treated by their carriers recently. Odd way to run a company, by alienating everyone else.

    Unless you bought it from amazon or shopblackberry then your phone isn't factory unlocked. If it is sim unlocked then you have to wait. I just installed a leak instead of waiting for Bell to push the update for my classic

    Still no 10.3.2 update for globe philippines. I've been waiting for weeks now. The sound notification is horrible in 10.3.1. I wish BlackBerry just release the update like in ios.
